As the title says, Glow Pong Lite is now available on the App store.
It is worth noting that the Lite game is at version 1.0 and the premium 1.1. Even though there appears to be a difference, the bug fix from 1.1 is included in the Lite version of the game.

Glow Pong Premium Patched to 1.1
A patch has been released to fix a small sound bug that cropped up recently. Sound would not play if the user turned it off and back on again. This has been fixed in preparation of a new patch that will 'save' the options the user has input.

The 'Lite' version failed the review by apple, though I have rectified the problem and hope it be accept second time around.
